I've never used ski boards before but i have been skiing now for 10 years, will it be a big change from the long skis or will it be an easy transition?

it should be pretty darn easy. i was on skis for one day and then switched to boards.. if a non skier can pick it up as easy as i did then im sure with all of your experience it will be an almost seemless transition... correct me if im wrong guys....and gals...

transition is not hard at all. been skiing for a lil longer than you have, i had no problem with it. its just wierd when you see these short fat things strapped to your boots instead of a long ski. you'll have fun though!

The transition was about half a run for me, and I'd been skiing for about 2 years. That translates to about 2.5 runs of transition for you, then the rest is all fun.
