  • Lift kit for RVL8 Blunts

I recently purchased RVL8 Blunts with non release receptor bindings. I'm new to skiboarding and I'm wondering if it's hard to get up on the edges? Would I benefit from a receptor 10 mm lift kit to help with better carving?

Generally speaking, the wider the board the more difficult it is to edge. But board width is just one of many variables, so I would try them first and see how you do.
    Just these, nothing else !

Adding to BadWolf's comments there are also degrees of how much you are "on edge" when riding boards. With really wide boards, especially in soft snow, many riders prefer a soft edge with more of a surfy feel as opposed to a carved hard edge. Give em a try and don't be hung up on locking into a hard edge.
      Boards:
2016 Spruce tuned Head Jr. Caddys - 131cm
      2013 Spruce "CTS" 120s
      2010 Spruce "Yellow/Red" 120s
      2018 Spruce "CTS" Crossbows - 115cm
      2016 RVL8 Spliffs - 109cm
      2008 RVL8 Revolt "City" - 105cm
      2017 RVL8 Sticky Icky Icky - 104cm
      2011 Defiance Blades - 101cm

It's coming. Light snow here in NE Pennsylvania today. Not enough to get the resorts open but a nice taste of winter to come. The cold weather this weekend should also allow the snow guns to fire up in some areas.
