  • Snowkiting with skiboards

Hi, does anyone here use skiboards for snowkiting? If yes, any comments or suggestions?

I've been snowkiting with a pair of short skis, 112 cm, but at only 7 cm under foot they're not too good in deeper snow. I can tell that wider skiboards would do much better in those conditions.

Also, I would be interested in a pair of skiboards with a very wide turn radius (or even no sidecut at all), for kiting in little snow, as the idea there is to keep going for long stretches with few turns. But as far as I can tell no one makes such skiboards. Thanks.

That sounds like fun! The Dynastars I got for sale cheap are the boards with the longest turn radius that I know of. They turn like short skis but are lighter and with more float (wouldn't be great in very deep, but fine in modestly deep).
