Hi, I can't decide what to get for Christmas.
Due to the one chart and than on the website it-self my body weight and height falls on two different spectrums. One says I could do it with non release bindings, the other not. Depends if I go by height or weight.
Anyways, I love my slapdash but I'm thinking of a longer board to help with crud and powder (I want to learn powder this year, but my slapdash sinks a bit to much). Also looking for more stability too. When I hit some spots with the slapdash I feel like I have no control and going to faceplant. (I ended up a few times on one skiboard waving my arms frantically for balance).
So, should I get the 2012 Rockered Condor (If that's the case will non-release still work, or what release binding will you get?) I kind of worry on getting on edge since I hear it's much wider.
Or should I get the 2013 DLP's?
I'm 170lbs although more with all my gear on, 5'8. Currently have non release on my slapdash.
Thanks
