    Summer Climb Alpine Meadows 7/3/2017

    Ending our season today with a climb up Alpine Meadows ski area that closed on May 14th . Here with my buddies, Michael ( on Icelantic scouts) and Billy on Hagan 130s. Hot weather has caused the bottom of the mountain to lose snow so the first part of the climb is carrying our skis. I really like that I can climb in snowboard boots rather than in ski boots.

        Usually starts snowing late Oct to early November
