Red Bull 1976 Games

So redbull is hosting what basically amounts to a "gaper day" contest, where one of the events is "snowbladecross" (the other being old school air with extra points for ridiculous clothes). One of the qualifiers is near me at Taos, and the winners of the qualifiers get a free trip to the finals at Copper mountain. I'm thinking I may have to hit up the Taos competition. Even though the intent is to make fun of the sport, I think it would say something when someone on boards that don't look like crap kills the course. Not saying I'm guaranteed a win or anything, but it might be worth a shot.

I think Revel8 should host the "xxxLongTee 2007 games" which would basically amount to a "gangsta day" contest, where one of the events is "gangstasnowboardcross" (extra points for pants low, xxx Long Tee, goggles on the side of your head, etc.) Who thinks that's a good idea.
