just wanted to share something that made carving "click" for me

I alwyas had the problem that when carving my tails would kick out - not out from under me, but my tails would be skidding. I suspect many of you have this problem because it's common in skiing

if you're tails kick out, try pushing out on your toes a little, or leaning a litlte forward, to distribute your weight in the turn across your whole edge.

when you have no skid and are riding the edge of your skiboard, you are done and have found the perfect balance between tip and tail weight.
