hey kids,
i usually am the one to start a topic about falls and injuries and things. i kinda thought of this because i took a really hard fall today and prolly shouldnt be riding anymore but i dont exactly care so...
last year i fell on my shoulder hitting a snowboard rut and ended up wearing a sling for like 2 weeks. i tore a ligament in my shoulder. today they finally uncrossed our battleship and since i couldnt do it last time they had it set up (2 years ago)(it was set up the exact same way) i figured now im a little better i should give it a shot. k so this rail is crazy. its like 6 feet tall, and the slopes are both a good 60 degree angle. the jump was a bit steeper this time around and there was powder all around the rail so everything was perfect to hit it. the first time i went kinda slow to get the feel of it, i got the up flat and fell off towards the end. the second time i got way more speed and got the whole thing no problem. i kept trying to get more and more speed until one time i didnt make the jump onto it and landed on my knee and shoulder. i prolly shouldnt even be riding but it doesnt hurt that bad so ill deal with it.
so wut have u guys done to rack yourselves so far this season?
