Hey all, quick question. How are snow ramps measured?

What does "50 footer" mean? Thanks.

Usually from 'lip' ( the end of the take off) to knuckle (start of landing)
At least that's how I've always taken it.

Agreed. So if the space between the lip of the jump and the knuckle is 50ft, you're clearing 50ft while in the air.
