Looks great. It's getting me excited for snow again. I don't think I'm going to be able to make Shredfest, but it definitely makes me want to some year in the near future.

                Thanks ya'll.

I'm sure I could do much better though if I put a bit more time into it. Both years that has been my intention, but I lead a pretty busy life, so it's hard for me to carve out enough time to get it as good as I would like. The software I use has features and tools I don't even mess with because I know I could spend countless hours editing and adding effects and what not. As well, I have to do it in pieces because I still don't have a powerful enough machine to put the whiole thing together at once without my computer locking up. Doing it in pieces jacks up the viedo quality a bit so the resolution and clarity is never as good as it could be. But, I'm cheap and don't want to upgrade my computer ... save my dough for skiboards. So, it will have to do as it is.

What'd I'd really like is to get some more park and off-piste footage this year ... and more crashes. Those always make for good fun on video.

Very much looking forward to the move to SLC. Being so close to Wasatch powder, American Fork, Arches, Canyonlands, Moab, Escalante, Green River, Bryce, Zion, etc. has me salivating every time I think about it. Also CAN ... if you and Cindy keep going up to Utah to ride a few times each season, we could easily travel down and meet up with you.

                Good things all around.

I just got the DVD and watched it last night after work. Thanks very much for putting that together and taking the time to mail them out to people. I'm definitely even more excited to come out this season now that I've seen the footage from last time.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming... "WOW! WHAT A RIDE!!"

For me the magical thing about Shredfest is that it is a celebration of the whole range of modern skiboarding and the whole range of riders .. from cruisers to park rats , from tyros to pros , from young to old , men and women., families. ...
Park , resort and backcountry .... everything rolled together into a great community celebration ... joining together off the slope for fun times is also very special ! long live Shredfest !
