I'll be keeping my eyes out again for the end of season/summer so that I can do my 2 sets of skis

Thanks to this thread I know that I'm on the third season with DPS on my Sherpas and my bases are still pristine. Amazing! Well worth the investment.

Same results for me. I've applied DPS last summer on a brand new pair of LE125 that have never been waxed before, went out like 3 days in late December on them, and everyday the feeling was that of a freshly waxed pair, and the glide was just great.

I have the exact same thought I'm not sure if my KTPs and RCs got enough first time, and the transparent bases look quite drier compared to the Spruce black ones, I'll first have to ski them again this winter to make sure, but I'm very tempted to apply a second layer come summer

I got to try my Blunts with self applied DPS. The glide was fantastic. Noticeably better than the shop applied DPS on my Sherpa's (which is still pretty darn good). I suspect that the shop did not apply as much product as I used. I'm temped to apply a second coat of DPS to my Sherpas this next summer. I know you're not supposed to need to do a second application. But, I would like for my Sherpas to glide like my Blunts. Picking the kits up on fleabay makes it a tolerable risk (money wise).

Thanks for the reminder, I have a couple more boards that I would apply to, I'll check European dealers for new stock

Today was probably the last sunny day with a high near 80.
So I DPS treated a pair of black & white Blunts that I plan on using with snowboard boots.
    It was an interesting process.
I let both parts cure in full sun for 2 hours each and finished it off with cork.
It looks pretty good if I do say so myself.

that's awesome. I'm still being stubborn and holding out for a deal. I have my Lib Tech skis that are my absolute favorites. Maybe i'll get a box and just do them to start. I have some TW Pros as well as some Head Kores. The TWP's will likely stay in the quiver as will the Kore's but the Kores I wont use all the time.

I was thinking the price becomes interesting from 2 boxes up, good for you !

They don't sell to Europe, and anyway lately VAT/taxes/shipping costs from US have increased, it discourages imports of almost any kind

For this winter I'm good for my usual boards, I could use a box or two for "sometimes" boards, but they can wait, so I'll keep an eye open for deals come winter

Ask fleabay seller element82sports if they ship to Europe? They seem to be pretty decent people.

Still no traces of any stock in Europe and no telling when it might come up again...

Do DPS themselves have any stock ? on their website it looks like they have (at $99), not sure if it's a trick and it's actually on back-order, also not sure how much shipping would cost (or might even be free) to your location...

Edit: I just asked the seller - Hello, do you combine orders for shipping? I'm interested in buying more than one box of DPS Phantom Wax and was wondering if the if the $13 shipping would cover 2 or 3 boxes of DPS. Thanks. Jeff

They replied - hey Jeff, it should be the same price unless ebay adds it more. Let me know if you see it on your end, we will respect the shipping price.

I was thinking the same thing. I am still hoping that I am able to find some sort of deal because here in PA we usually have sufficient weather until mid to late October for a proper cure.

In winter I got a good deal so was able to buy 3 boxes and apply on several boards, but I went 2 boxes for 3 boards because of their width and the concern of not applying too small a quantity of product.

Now looking forward to the winter to see how they behave
