  • Micro-Adjusting Bomber Bindings

As you are aware, bomber bindings have countersunk holes instead of the tooth/groove setup on the Line FF pros.

Some folks are worried their boots are stuck " between " two of the settings on the bomber bindings, however you can micro-adjust them using this method.

you unscrew the shoulder bolt from the heel clip on one side (preferable the side without the spring).

Remove the bolt and turn the opposite side out 1-2 turns (do not let any thread show out of the lug!).

    Re-apply loc-tite.

Before putting the shoulder bolt back into the other side, also turn the other lug out 1-2 turns

(do not let any thread show out of the lug!)
    and replace the shoulder bolt.

This should give you a bit of extra space and your boots should fit better in the binding.

if anyone needs photos let me know and i'll post it up.

Seeing as how the bail has a bolt through it on each side, you shouldn't even need to re-loctite it. The fact that there is a bolt through it will keep it from unscrewing.
I do it because I can.
I can because I want to.
I want to because you said I couldn't.
