    Day 1: Keystone

Here is the meeting spot for Monday morning. For those that sent me their number, I will text it to you as well. I will be there around 7:45 and the resort opens at 8:30. There is a Starbucks pretty close to this spot for those that need that morning pick me up! This parking lot is FREE and is called the River Run Gondola Lot.

Weather is calling for some snow showers this weekend and partly cloudy for Monday. We are around 115% of average snowfall for this point of the season so conditions are great!

Quality Inn is a good meeting spot. Easy access from the highway.

We should definitely plan a carpool to spots like Vail, Breck and probably Beaver Creek (haven't been there). Keystone and A Basin have plenty of free parking so it's less of an issue there.

Thanks Courtney. Found the event on Facebook. If anyone needs a ride Monday post here or send me a message. Otherwise I値l see everyone at the meeting spot.

I値l post tomorrow (Saturday) with the rest of the meeting spots and tentative times. I値l also post parking and cost so we can start talking about car pools.

Courtney, A Basin parking has changed and the early bird lot has become HOV and paid parking. That痴 on weekends anyway so I値l try to find if that applies during the week.

          More to follow tomorrow!

            Day 2: Vail

Prepare to carpool! Parking is not easy at Vail and this lot is $30 a car but has easy access to everything we need. Last year we met in Silverthorne and rode together and I think that should be the plan this year with the intent of arriving at the parking lot by 8:15am.

Day 3: Arapahoe Basin, aka A Bay, aka The Legend

They decided to make the early riser lot paid and HOV parking (at least on the weekends) so I recommend heading to the High Noon lot. The parking areas are small and there is a tunnel under the road to get to the resort. They like to open around 8:30 usually so plan on being there by then. We can meet in by the Goat statue (you really can't miss it) in the middle of the village if we don't see each other in the parking lot.

                Day 4: Beaver Creek

This is our furthest commute and again is pay to park so we will want to plan carpools. The Elk lot has easy access to a bus to take us up to the mountain and is $10 per vehicle. Let's meet here by 8:15 again and we should have plenty of time to get up to the lifts.

                  Day 5: Breck

The BreckConnect Gondola lot is $5 per vehicle and will take us straight to the lifts. It's easy to get in and out and has a great view going into the resort. Let's meet by the gondola at 8:15.

Is it too soon to ask who's there so far?
                    See you on Wednesday!

Today we have 6 riding. The trees are a bit crusty, but found some untouched stuff. Groomers are nice and fast!

                          It's really happening!

Heading to the airport soon. To say I'm excited would definitely be an understatement!

                            I-70 Closure

I don't think this will impact you all, but looks like it will impact me coming from Basalt. Looks like I'll be leaving in the middle of the night instead of early morning!

Some of the videos I posted on my YouTube, this was Vail, and they had received some new snow in the prior days.
So it was fun and epic

Great videos, Tom. Glad I could join up with everyone for half the trip. Looking forward to the next meet-up!
