I recently made a purchase but when I check my account to see my order, it doesn't show anything. I have a printed out receipt with an order number as well, so my question is, did my purchase come through or is it on hold? I know the website stated that some orders may not be processed until 1/12 but what does that really mean if I already have a receipt yet not still not showing my order online?
