  • SBU Water Ramp Summer Training

Well {SBU} went on a mission this summer(Actually me and Joey) to build a wooden ramp into a small pond in joey's backyard. And after a few weeks of hitting it, and breaking it in...we have the first footage recorded from it.
I also would like to extend an open invitation for anyone to come and hit it and train on it....as long as you bring the food for lunch haha.

{SBU} Water Ramp First Edit - 7/16/08 from Skiboarders United on Vimeo.

So enjoy the video for now, and hopefully some of you will enjoy the ramp in the future.

                    Ty,

That looks great. Something of an engineering feat getting it safe I'm sure. The zip line on the other hand would worry the hell out of me. I think there are 3rd world countries smaller than you friend's backyard.

greco...you had to read our mind, because we just watched that video yesterday and talked about building it. We actually talked about building a waterslide that would be about 100 times better than that....and alot longer, we usually go with one major project per summer, so we might havta wait until next summer. But if we do build that, you havta come and hit it, because then joeys backyard will be like a free amusement park. Screw taking your family to disney world...come to ringtown, pa lol.
