    It looks like internal rust!
Are you leaving the boards wet after each day of riding? The rust is kind of shaped like water beads that dripped down and sat for a while with the board on its side. The boards should be wiped down and cleaned up at the end of each day. If you're not seeing any separation between the base and the inside edge, then it's probably just surface rust. Try using a tuning stone or sand paper to clean up a small rusty spot and see if it comes off. If it does, the rust should just come off with more riding and cleaning. You could do an edge tune to get it all off at the end of the season then seal it up with summer wax for storage. If you're getting rust from the inside you have a damaged or bad board, and you'll probably have to take some close-up pictures and talk to Greco @ RVL8 for advice.
