Brand new, I bought these online, they were the wrong size and no return policy. A great deal, I'll sell for $225 plus shipping.. I paid $275 +ship, the original price is $475 on the box. Just don't want to get stuck with them 
I did a lot of research, and for women, these are great boots for skiboarding. Excellent flex means very little shin bang. They were very comfy, roomy toe box. Great for wide or flat feet. I only tried them on, no on-mountain use.
