  • Are these beater boards worth it?

I have a local kid selling these Line boards and I was thinking about picking them up as a pair of beater boards to have around. I'm not sure what model they are or what the bindings are. Anybody out there familiar with the boards and/or bindings?

    Thanks in advance!

The bindings are the plastic 8-hole bindings that Line switched to shortly before discontinuing all of their skiboards. I don't remember what model those were for sure, but I would probably stear clear of them unless you are getting the boards for really cheap. They at least aren't the 2006's that got recalled due to the bindings pulling out too easily.
I do it because I can.
I can because I want to.
I want to because you said I couldn't.

Those are 2005-2006 Line pro 98cm skiboard with inexpensive plastic 8 hole bindings , this is considered the beginning of the end for Line skiboards when they started to cut costs , did not support the 4 hole pattern and used cheap plastic bindings..

in fact the next years skiboards with the same plastic bindings were recalled because screws were improperly installed and there was a consumer safety issue
