        Still works just as well as it did before the burial. I figured the case would have been worn and weathered (at least yellowed), but they hold up like champs.

              I have been considering using some high tensile strength fishing line as a leash on my GoPro. May try it out this season after reading this post.

                I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, because...

                1. You don't usually ride deep powder.

                and

                2. The pole you use would make it easy to find.

                I believe she said she had it attached to her helmet, and it was knocked off.

                  2. My concern is with the GoPro disconnecting from the end of the pole when in the trees with Jack.

                    The 3M mounts are sticky and strong, but they aren't perfect.
