        More mobility in the ankle, allowing you to get more natural movement/flex out of it. If you're mostly riding park (though I seem to recall that Allen Lam who did that video says he rides V-Cut boots everywhere) then you might like it. It's really all about personal preference.

        There's lots of people in the freestyle rolling world that love/hate v-cut cuffs there too, but there's enough that love it there that most of the major brands have some model with a v-cut cuff from factory.
