  • New to ski boarding- what park boards should I get?!?!

Hey guys I literally just made this account because i've been looking into ski boarding. I'm a park skier on normal length skis and can do a lot of tricks and want to get into ski boarding park. I've been trying to find cheaper options and found the Snowjam Phenom and the snowjam Titan. They seem good price and all but Ive seen some not-so-good reviews on them- and i don't even know if they're good for park. I heard RVL8 Revolts are good, they just seem pricey. I guess the question is should I get the SnowJam 90cm boards and if so which one. And if not what about the Allz and Revolt brands- do they make good park boards that aren't too pricey? I am about 5 foot 7 or 8, 125 lbs, and have size 26.5 in normal ski boot size. I want a ski that is all-mountain but can shred the park with non-release bindings only. Thanks y'all!

I am not a park rider and I am taller and heavier than you, so I would not venture to recommend what's best for you. But from what I see, folks tend to like stiffer somewhat wide boards for stability on jumps and sliding on rails. KTP, DLP/ALP, etc. Once you hear from those in the know, visit my for sale post for a decent pair of KTPs at a good price:

As the only company that has a pro skiboard team, I would highly consider A RVL8 product. They have a line of skiboards specifically designed for park use. The KTPs, DLPs, ALPs and BWPs are named after pro riders who had input on the boards design. If you are on a budget, there are always used boards up for sale on the forum. Even a previously owned RVL8 product would be better quality and value than a new product from another company.
      Just these, nothing else !

        I've been researching as well.....

there's an awesome DEMO program offered by RVL8 as well. I plan on demo'ing a set myself in the next 3 weeks.

Below is a link to this program. Also, check out TalonSei video on YT about SkiBoards. He's a park rider and has lots of great input on the subject.
